Crazy to think that not only is a calculator more powerful than the system that would have run that, but powerful enough to emulate the system, which takes much much more power than the original system (see how you need a modern i7/i5 to run a Wii emulator, with a pansy ass 729MHz PowerPC 750 in it). Over on the 68kmla forums, a website dedicated to old Macs built before 1994, zydeco released his Android port of Mini vMac, a Macintosh Plus emulator that puts the power of a Motorola MC68000 pr. Mini vmac 26 boot. While it’s not as full featured as Basilisk II, it is a.LOT. smaller, and easier to work with. By default it’ll emulate a Macintosh II with 8 MB of ram. Hard disks & floppies are only supported through the shim method of the older Mini vMac, so you can just drag & drop your images onto the screen.
This is a port of the Mini vMac emulator for the Android platform. It supports almost any Android device, starting from android version 1.5.
It is based on a port by Jesús A. Álvarez who also made the iPhone port of Mini vMac.

Usage
Rom Installation
The ROM file must be named vMac.ROM and placed in minivmac directoryin your SD Card.
Disk Images
Disk images should have .img or .dsk extensions, and be located in minivmac directoryin your SD Card for them to show up in the disk chooser.
To insert disk images, click the Menu button and choose Insert Disk and the list of disks will appear.
Keyboard
Mini Vmac Android Apps
Click the Menu button and choose Keyboard to show or hide the keyboard.
The emulated keyboard features all the keys on the Mac Plus keyboard, except the keypad. The Command, Option and Shift keys are sticky. If your device have a physical keyboard you can use it as well.
Mouse
Use the screen as a touchscreen, where tapping anything sends a mouse click.
Screen
You can toggle between full screen (if you have a device with low resolution the Mac screen will be scaled down to fit your screen) or full size (the Mac screen is shown at its real size) by clicking the Select button. In full size mode, you can scroll by using the arrows.
Suspend
If you press the home button while the emulated Mac has disks inserted, Mini vMac will pause but stay open. To quit Mini vMac properly, eject all disks before pressing home. Note that when Mini vMac is suspended, it still uses memory and could be forced to quit if the memory is low.

For those of you who haven’t studied your Apple history, the Macintosh Plus was the third model in the Macintosh line that was initially released on January 16th, 1986. It had a starting price tag of $2599 and came with 1MB of RAM and an SCSI port.

For those of you who would like to take a trip down memory lane and play around with the old operating system though, you are in luck… if you have an Android device.

As such, for the purpose of this tutorial you will learn how to install the Mac Plus OS on your Android device.
How To Run Mac OS Plus On Android
Step 1) – The first thing you will need to do is download Mini vMac to your Android device from the Google Play Store by clicking here. It is compatible with almost any Android device running version 1.5 or higher.

Step 3) – Using a file manager application of your choice, navigate to the SD card on the device and create a new folder called “minivmac“. With the minivmac folder created on your device’s SD card you will want to extract the Mac Plus files to it.

Step 4) – Open the Mini vMac.apk from your App Drawer, then press the menu button on your phone and tap “Insert Disk.” Once you have done this tap on “896K” to boot the Mac Plus operating system. Once the operating system has booted, you can press the menu button on your phone and tap “scale” for a full screen experience.
Congratulations! You are now running an ancient version of the Mac OS on your Android device. Although the uses of such an operating system are limited, you can play a few classic games such as s Shufflepuck Cafe or Dungeon Of Doom.
